Hai all friends,
The recent blog of class 3 postal employees with a Subramanio story attracted many with different ideas. Many posts are not being displayed in the blog due to vested interest of some. The trade unions were created and sustained for the help of employees. Now the employees are struggling to get rid of it.
1) It protested and delayed the computerisation.
2) It led the empoyees for striking for somebody's benefit and lossing their salaries.
3) It blocked the career oriented promotions.
4) It is blocking the time bar grades.
What else, all readers please come out with different ideas for the upliftment of Class 3 employees of postal department.
